Adelaide Savey Lutes

Adelaide Savey Lutes, age 92, died Sunday evening, neember 25, 2007 at Brookshire Nursing Center in Hillsborough. Mrs. Lutes was born on May 21, 1915 in Elmira, NY to the late Eleanor and Fred Savoy, Sr. Mrs. Lutes attended Elmira schools, and was retired from Arnot Ogdeneemorial Hospital, where she was supervisor of the mailroom. Mrs. Lutes is survived by her son, Dennis S. Lutes and wife, Jean, of Durham, NC; her daughter, Eleanor Giancola and husband, John, of Yucaipa, CA; her granddaughter, Lisa Bobbitt and husband, Joshua, of Greensboro, NC; her great grandchildreneelizabeth Sheridan Bobbitt, Joshua Branch Bobbitt, IV and Coleman Wood Bobbitt. She was preceded ineeath by her husband of 64 years, Norman, who died in 2002. Funeral services will be held 12:00 P.M. Thursday, neember 29, 2007 from the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service. Father Steve Patti, OFM, of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church will preside. Entombment will follow in the new Mausoleum at Woodlawneemorial Park. Friends may visit one hour before the service from 11:00-12:00 PM in the funeral home. Flowers are acceptable.
