Ana Ruth Barraza

Ana Ruth Barraza, 39, of Goldston Blvd., Sanford, died October 19, 2008 at UNC Hospitals following an extended illness. She was born March 4, 1969 in El Salvador, the daughter of Victor Manuel Barraza and Juna Octavia Figuera. Ana worked as a packager for Tyson Poultry. She is survived by her husband William Avalos; sons Victor and Jonathan; daughter Marcella; three brothers, and two sisters. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 - 7:00 pm, Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Iglesia Bautista Misionera Roca Fuerte, 1365 NC Highway 902, Pittsboro. The funeral service will begin at 7:00 pm and conclude at 9:00 pm and will be conducted by Rev. Javier Benetiz. Following the service, Ana will be cremated.
