Anee Lillian Wilson May

Anee Lillian Wilson May, age 81, of Pittsboro, died Wednesday, August 05, 2015 at Duke-Raleigh Hospital. Mrs. May was born in Orange County, North Carolina, on neember 20, 1933 to the late Boyd and Audrey Riley Wilson. She taught school and guidance counselor for 30 years in Pittsboro.?? Mrs. May was proceeded ineeath by her son Mike. She is survived by her husband, John May of the home; one daughter, Diane Braswell and her husband, Danny of Pittsboro; one brother, Ronee Wilson and his wife Vickie, of Swepsonville, North Carolina; one sister, Betty McVay and her husband, Jack of Snow Camp, North Carolina; two grandchildren, Dalton Brown and Spencer Braswell. The family will receive friends 6:00PM-8:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2015 at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service Griffin Chapel. The funeral will be held 11:00 AM Saturday August 8, 2015 at Pittsboro Baptist Church with Pastor Tripp Harmon and Rev. Bob Wachs officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311.
