Anee Lillian Wilson May

Anee Lillian Wilson May, age 81, of Pittsboro, died Wednesday, August 05, 2015 at Duke Raleigh Hospital. Mrs. May was born in Orange County, on neember 20, 1933 to the late Boyd Wilson and Audrey Riley Wilson. She was a school teacher and guidance counselor for 30 years in Pittsboro. She was also preceded ineeath by a son Mike May. She is survived by her husband John May of the home; one daughter; Diane Braswell and husband Danny of Pittsboro; one brother; Ronee Wilson and wife Vickie of Swepsonville, one sister; Betty McVey and husband Jack of Snow Camp, two grandchildren; Dalton Brown and Spencer Braswell. The family will receive friends Friday, August 7, 2015 from 6PM to 8PM at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service Griffin Chapel. The funeral will be held Saturday August 8, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Pittsboro Baptist Church with Pastor Tripp. Harmon and Rev. Bob Wachs officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311.
