Benjamin Thomas Tom Adcock, Jr.

Raleigh: Benjamin Thomas "Tom" Adcock, Jr. of Raleigh, age 72 died Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Hospice of Wake County. A native of Granville County, he was the son of Louise G. Adcock and the late Benny T. Adcock. Tom was a member of North Raleigh Uneed Methodist Church, a former member of the N.C. Army National Guard and was retired from the Army Corp of Engineers. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM oneednesday, July 3, 2013 at Hester Baptist Church in Oxford by Rev. Mark Tolley and Rev. Alex Gallimore. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 7:00 until 8:30 PM. Surviving is his wife of 35 years, Margaret B. Adcock; a soneenjamin T. Adcock, III Julie of Apex and a sister, Margaret Robinson of Raleigh. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Wake County, 200 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
