Carolyn (Moore) Parham Sanford

Henderson Carolyn P. Sanford Carolyn P. Sanford, 71 of Henderson died on January 13, 2018 at Duke Uneersity Hospital in Durham, NC with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Bessie (Jones) Moore. She is preceded ineeath by her brothers; Roy Moore, James Moore, Troy Moore, and Bradsher Moore. She was preceded by husbands; Wayne T. Parham and Marshall Sanford. Mrs. Sanford served as an administrator for the Granville Co. Department of Social Services for almost 20 years. She was a member of the Clearview Baptist Church ineenderson and was dedicated to making a difference in the lives of so many. Surviving are her two daughters; Brenda Overton of Oxford and Robin (husband, Allan) Pixler also of Oxford. Three Grandchildren; Matthew Overton, Chase Pixler and Avery Pixler. A memorial service will held on Monday January 15th at 1:00 at the Clearview Baptist Church ineenderson and the family will receive friends afterwards.
