Christine Luckel Ratzel

Christine Luckel Ratzell, 97, died January 2, 2008. Mrs. Ratzell was born April 28, 1910, the daughter of the late Henry aneelizabeth Luckel. During her life, Christine felt very strongly about education. In addition to being a teacher, she was also an enthusiastic member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. With the Sisterhood, she worked primarily on providineeducational opportunities for female students. Christine also loved the opportunities that came to her through church service. For thirty years she was the wife of a minister and took on all the responsibilities that came with that. She was a dedicated servant as she happily took on such jobs as church organist, singer and children
