Clarence Woody Morris

Clarence Woodrow "Woody" Morris, 68 passed away at his home in Franklinton on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. He was born to Haywood and Sadie Morris, May 29, 1944. He graduated from Franklinton High School and moved into a career in construction. He is survived by his wife, Ida Self Morris of the home, mother, Sadie Pleasants Morris of Louisburg, and child, Melody Tart of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by two sisters Bessie West Joe of Franklinton, NC and Anna Green of Zebulon, NC, and by many nephews and nieces as well as, Buddy, his beloved dog of 8 years. He was preceded ineeath by his father Hayward Woodrow Morris 2001 and nephew, Charles Robert "Bobby" Green 2008. A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 2 pm at The Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 504 E. Mason Street, Franklinton, NC 27525.
