Clark Mcclelland

Mr. Clark McClelland, 91, of Pittsboro Christian Village, Pittsboro, NC, went to be with his Lord Jesus on September 15, 2007 from UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. He was born July 4, 1916 in Orillia, Ontario, Canada, the son of Frank and Pearl Clark McClelland. Pastor McClelland was an evangelist and church planter, serving mainly in the northeastern Uneed States, and maritime provinces of Canada. He is survived by his children: Robert Barbara McClelland of Durham, NC, Roger Patricia McClelland of Shrewsbury, MA, Rhoda Donald Romine of Bolton, MA, and Fletcher Julie McClelland of Watkinsville, GA; grandchildren, Christopher, Megan, Kirk, Rebecca, Molly, Blake, Julia, Samuel, Zachary, and Ian; and his great-grandchildren, Asher and Riley. He was preceded ineeath by his wife, Jean Fletcher McClelland formerly of Cleveland, OH. The service to celebrate Clark's life will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, September 18, 2007 in the chapel at Pittsboro Christian Village.
