Cynthia Mcmannen Roche

Cynthia McMannen Roche, age 56, died peacefully Tuesday, December 15, 2009, ineer Durham home surrounded by her loving family. A Durham native, Cindy was a dedicated registered nurse who worked 15 years at Durham Regional Hospital and later at John Umstead Hospital for another 15 years. Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Don Roche of Durham, NC; her mother, Dawn Watkins, also of Durham; her father, Lewis McMannen and wife, Janet, of Ft. Meyers, FL; her sons, Carl Roche and wife, Kathy, of Louisburg, NC; Kevin Roche and wife, Rebekah, of Clayton, NC; two sisters, Renee McManneneeard and husband, Keith, of Cary, NC; Holly McMannen-Rogers and husband, Doug, of Durham; one granddaughter, Emma Katherine Roche; and two nephews, Walt and Miles Rogers. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, December 18, 2009 from McMannen Uneed Methodist Church with the Rev. Larry Bowden and the Rev. Clay Waters presiding. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 1113 W. Main St. in Durham.
