Dahlia Jeaneeasey

Ms. Dahlia Jeaneeasey, 77, of Chapel Hill, died January 18, 2006 at Durham Regional Hospital. Ms. Veasey was born in Durham County on neember 28, 1928 and was the daughter of Otho and MamieVeasey. She was employed for may years with American Tobacco Company and also UNC Physicians. Surviving are her brother Johnny Veasey of Durham; one niece, Michelle Love Lineerry and husband David of Durham; four nephews, Michael Edwards and wife Debra, Bill Veasey and wife Joan, and Blake Hogan all of Durham, and Rick Sloan, formerly of Chapel Hill; and 9 great- nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, January 21 at Hall-Wynne Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Roby Turner, Jr. and Michael Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Parker, Joseph Edwards, David Lineerry, Timothy Batten, Jason Kresge and Benjamin Edwards. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home.
