Delores Ann Johnson

Delores Ann Johnson, 79, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Hock Family Pavilion in Durham, NC. Mrs. Johnson was born February 1, 1940 to the late William and Rowena Johnson. Delores is survived by her children, Audrey O. Roberts (Clifton), Renee A. Overton, and Eric T. Overton (Gen); eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by brothers, Troy Johnson, and Julius Johnson; and many other loving extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 11:00 am at Oxford Presbyterian Church, 121 Gilliam St., Oxford, NC presided by Reverend Alan Koeneke. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Flowers are acceptable or memorial gifts may be made in Delores Johnson's name to Oxford Presbyterian Church 121 Gilliam St. Oxford, NC 27565.
