Del-Rae "Toby" Culbreth

Oxford: Del-Rae ???Toby??? Culbreth, 82, died Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Duke Medical Center. She was a native of West Virginia, the daughter of the late James H. and Tessie Walls Stone, the widow of Harold ???Pete??? Culbreth, and a retired nurse. The family will receive friends at Gentry ??? neell & Vaughan Funeral Home from 1:00PM to 2:00PM on Saturday, January 16, 2016. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 16 in the funeral chapel at Gentry ??? neell & Vaughan. Burial will follow the service and will be in the Royster Cemetery, Bullock, NC. Surviving are her daughters, Virginia C. Hughes of Oxford, Wendy C. Powell of Charleston, SC, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, and 2 grandchildren.
