Dominic Joseph Marino

DURHAM- Dominic Joseph Marino, 95 of the Croasdaile Community died Monday, neember 11, 2013 at Duke Uneersity Hospital. Dominic was a native of Atchison , KS. Born on April 21, 1918 to the late Pete Marino and Josephine Modica-Amore. He was preceded ineeath by his sisters, Cecilia Marino, Carmela Marino, Mary Frances Sparks and his brother, Samuel Marino Dominic is survived by his wife of 69 years, Vivian Marino, his daughters, Josephine Ann Goeckner of Reno, NV; Nina Hornberger of Silver Springs, NV; his son, Peter Marino and wife, Christine of Durham; his 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 10:00 AM Saturday, neember 16, 2013 from St. Matthew Catholic Church with Fr. Thanh Nguyen, presiding. Friends may visit from 9:00 10:00 am Saturday prior to Mass at St. Mathew Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
