Donna Chandler, 83 years old, died in Durham, NC on May 4th, 2020 She was born on March 4th, 1937 to Richard Chandler and Donna Elliotte in Nashville, TN. She graduated from Humes High school in Memphis, TN as well as the University of Memphis where she studied to become a medical technologist. She went on to work at Baptist Memorial Hospital and, afterwards, became a manager over the lab at Methodist Hospital in TN. Donna was one of the first to learn how to use the SMAC 20 in labs and was progressive in advancing technology use in the labs. She was a positive influence on many people she worked with.
Donna loved to watch Netflix, talk on the phone, reach out to friends on Facebook, and color. She is survived by her sister, Susan, and brother, Wilfrid as well as her niece and nephews.
