Edith Marie Poole

OXFORD Mrs. Edith Edi Johnson Poole age 51 died Thursday July 3, 2008 at UNC Memorial Hospital, Chapel Hill, NC She was a native of Granville Co. and the daughter of Jerry E. and Jean Sherman Johnson. She was a dedicated Dialysis nurse for 20 years. Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Monday July 7, 2008 from Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Chapel 503 College Street, Oxford NC by the Rev. Rick Clayton and Rev. Hilton Moore, Jr. Surviving in addition to her parents is her husband, Linwood Poole, of the home. One son, Aaron Poole, wife Brandy and one daughter, Jessie Poole both of Oxford. Two sisters, Lisa Hart and Jerri Overby, both of Oxford. One brother, Mike Ward, of Bullock, NC. Visitation for the family will be from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM prior to the funeral and other times at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Pelham Poole, 8382 Charlie Stovall Rd., Oxford NC.
