Elizabeth-ann “Bobbi” Hayes Phillips, age 75, died on August 22, 2021. She was the daughter of the late James Kenneth Hayes and Beatrice Rosenbloom Hayes Barr. Bobbi was born in Portland, Oregon on July 25, 1946.

Bobbi is survived by her husband of 57 years, George Allen Phillips; her son, Tracey Leland Phillips (Denise Stopa Phillips) with their children, Jessica Rose, Allison Nicole and John Robert, all of Marlton, NJ and her daughter, Racquel Janette Phillips and her children, Tess Elizabeth and Alexis Noelle, all of Oxford, NC. She will be deeply missed by her loving friends and family too numerous to name.

Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents, her son, John Robert Phillips and her siblings, Robert Rosenbloom, David Barr and Louise Barr.

A celebration of life will be held in the future.
