Freda N. Sirois

 Freda Norma Wright Sirois, age 75, died peacefully on Sunday, August 14, 2022, in her home. She was the daughter of the late Wallace Wright and Isabella Dunleavy Wright. Freda was born in Concord, New Hampshire on July 2, 1947.

 Freda was a woman of simplicity who loved the Lord and her family and served them faithfully.  She was a loving and faithful nurse for 46 years.  

Freda is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Richard C. Sirois; her daughters, Holly S. Miller (Jason)and their child, Sarah Miller and Michelle S. Fletcher (Clint) and  their children, Stephanie Sherman (Brad) and Brady and Brooke, Dakota Fletcher (Amanda), Kyler Mannise, Ryan Mannise, and Elijah Fletcher; Freda’s sister, Marie Scribner of Denver, CO; her sister-in-law, Marlene Wright and her loving caregiver, Jessica Edwards-Welch, who has become a family member through her love and care. She will be dearly missed by her in laws of the Sirois family and many nieces and nephews, extended families, and friends too numerous to name.

Freda was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Michael Wright and her brother-in-law, Loren Scribner.

A visitation will be held for family and friends on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm at Gentry-Newell & Vaughan. The funeral service for Freda will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Gentry-Newell & Vaughan in Oxford, NC at 11:30 am and officiated by Richard Sirois and John Nobles. Burial will follow the service at South Granville Memorial Gardens, Stem, NC.
