Genevieve (Lawler) Hilton ??Born March 7, 1930 ineew York City Died peacefully ineer sleep Friday, October 3, 2014 at Galloway Ridge Retirement Community in Pittsboro, N.C. ??She is survived by her husband of 58 years Robert Hilton. Together they had four children, Mary Ellen, Brianeeileen and Greg and nee grandchildren. She retired from IBM in 1992.?? The family lived in Glen Rock for 28 years. Gen was also a teacher in the Glen Rock School System. Funeral services will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Chapel Hill on Saturday, October 11 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association. The family is being assisted by Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Griffin Chapel.
