Mrs. Grace Viola Mathis Phillips, 82, resident of Jacksonville, FL. died Tuesday. She was a native of Franklin County and was a homemaker. Surviving is her daughter, Cheryl Ward and soneene Phillips. Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday at Hall-Wynne Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawneemorial Park. Visitation will be from 10AM to 11AM Monday at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home.
