Oneebruary 19, 2008, so it was that the Comforter came to take my beloved wife to that eternal silence as she breathed her last earthly breath on Tuesday afternoon, February 19, 2008 at Durham Regional Hospital in Durham, NC. Haleema Rebecca Dunegan Morris, the daughter of the late Jonah and Cora Dunegan, was born on March 13, 1945 in Durham, NC. She was educated in the Durham Public School system and was uneed in holy matrimony to Alford Forney Morris oneecember 17, 1969. Haleema worked for IHS Health Care Center for twenty years as a nurse, and was later employed by Globe Airport Security as operations maneer. When Globe was purchased by G2 Security she became regional operations maneer. Haleema attended Mt. Olive AME Zion Church aneenjoyed her time in Sunday school when she was able to attend. She was preceded ineeath by two sisters: Mary McDougald and Naomi Lewis; and two brothers: E.J. Dunegan and Joseph Hill Dunegan. Haleema leaves to cherish and mourneer loss: husband, Alford F. Morris of Durham, NC; her brother, Jonathan "Nathan" Dunegan, also of Durham; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn P. Dunegan and Pearl Lies; several nieces and nephews and a host of loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 22, 2008 from Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, 1515 W. Club Blvd. in Durham with the Reverend Corey D. Little officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit Thursday evening from 7:00-9:00 PM at Mt.
