Harold Joseph Joe Huber

Harold Joseph Joe Huber, age 54, died peacefully Monday morning, June 22, 2009 at the Hock Family Pavilion, Duke Homecare and Hospice in Durham. Born in Oneida, WI on April 2, 1955, Joe was the son of Leroy and Pearl Huber and the late Glorideaneeymour. Joe's passion for the outdoors brought him to Jordan Lake for neerous camping and fishing trips. Prior to his years of declining health, Joe enjoyed his work in roofing and remodeling as well as several years ineetail maneement. In addition to his parents, Joe is survived by his life partner of 24 years, Tony Fiorentino of Durham, NC; his babies: Sheba, Buddy, Peppi, Lady and Patches; and many loving friends. A memorial service to celebrate Joe's life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 27, 2009 from the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service in Durham. Pastor Scott Decker will preside. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM on Saturday in the funeral home.
