Ida Mae Noblin

OXFORD: Ida Mae Noblin, age 92 of Oxford, died Wednesday, January 23, 2013. A native of Granville County, she was the daughter of the late Robert M. and Martha Maude Breedlove Noblin. Miss. Noblin was a member of Stovall Baptist Church where she served as financial secretary for many years, a member of Delrayno Baptist Church and a retired employee of Roses Store. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Home by Reverend DL Page. Burial will follow at Stovall Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home. Surviving are 1 brother, Dan Noblin Marilyn of Oxford; nieces, Paulette Noblin of Raleigh, Peggy Hart of Oxford, Donna West of McKenney, VA; nephews, Paul Noblin, Jr. of Archer's Lodge, Dan Noblin, Jr. of Zebulon, David Strickland, Jr. of Oxford; and a number of great nieces and nephews. Miss. Noblin is preceded ineeath by brothers, Robert Noblin, Jr., Paul H. Noblin; sisters, Josphine Huff and Christine Strickland. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Delrayno Baptist Church, 1315 College Street, Oxford, NC 27565.
