Iola B. Jones

Iola Bodenheimer Jones, age 93, died Saturday, neember 3, 2012 at Durham Regional Hospital. She was born in High Point, NC to the late Willie aneemma Hayworth Bodenheimer on July 30, 1919. Iola was an accomplished golfer and skilled bridge player throughout her life. She is survived by her sons, Larry W. Jones and wife, Debra, of Durham, NC; Terry Jones and wife, Betty, of Climax, NC; her sister, Pansy B. Moore of Kernersville, NC; daughter-in-law, Mary Jones of Venee, FL; and neerous nieces and nephews in the High Point area. Iola was preceded ineeath by her son, Douglas H. Jones. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, neember 4, 2012, at the Jones Family Cemetery in Franklinton, NC. Friends may visit with the family following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements for the Jones' family are under the care of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service in Durham.
