James John Conner, Iii

James John Conner III, age 66, a resident of 17 Covington Lane died December 2, 2005. Born in DuBois, PA, he was the son of the late James John and Mary Bennett Conner, Jr. Mr. Conner proudly served in the Uneed States Marines from 1959 to 1963. He was Vice President of Motor aneequipment Manufactures Association for 20 years. After living in River Vale, NJ, Mr. Conner moved to Durham in 1992. He was a parishioner of St. Matthew Catholic Church. Surviving are his devoted wife of 43 years, Rita Godina Conner of Durham; two sons, James John Conner, IV of Tampa, FL and Jasoneennett Conner and wife Terri of Durham; one granddaughter, Leah Nicole Conner of Durham; two brothers, Herbert B. Conner of Ligonier, PA and Thomas Michael Conner of Bluffton, SC; one sister, Mary Kathleen Conner of Charlotte, NC. A Mass of The Resurrection will be celebrated 11:00 AM Tuesday; December 13, 2005 from St. Matthew Catholic Church with the Rev. John Parrish presiding . Burial will be at a later date.
