Janee Humphries Frazier Jones

OXFORD: Mrs. Janee Humphries Frazier Jones, age 92, died January 2, 2011. She was a member of Hester Baptist Church and a native of Granville County for 70 years. Mrs. Jones was born in Virgilina, VA, daughter of the late Thomas J. and Clara Mae Manie Brooks Humphries. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Hester Baptist Church by Dr. Lovelle Waters. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 11:00 AM at the church. At other times the family will be at the home of Barbara and Tommy Huff, 5507 Culbreth Road. She was the widow of Samuel H. Frazier, Jr. of Oxford, NC and Ralph Lane Jones of Roxboro, NC. Surviving is a son Ronald A. Frazier and wife Susan of Powhatan, VA, and a daughter Barbara Diane Frazier Huff and husband Tommy of Oxford, NC; granddaughter Kristie Diane Huff and five grandsons, Thomas C. Huff, Jr. and wife Marie, M. Wesley Huff and wife Pamela of Oxford, NC, Ronald Scot Frazier, Vincent Frazier of Honolulu, HI and Chris Frazier and wife Betsy of Hasting FL., Step-daughter Patsy Jones Fox and husband Clem B. Fox of Roxboro, NC, two step-grandchildren, Lisa Fox Waters and husband Jonathan of Littleton, NC and Carla Fox of Winston-Salem, NC, four great-grandchildren , David Huff, Samantha Huff, Kaylee Huff of Oxford, NC and Christiann Frazier of Honolulu, HI, two step-great grandchildren, Taylor Lane Waters and Jaxson Cyrill Waters of Littleton, NC, four sister-in-laws, Grace Humphries of South Boston, VA, Essie Ruth Umstead of Durham, NC, Hazel Carlton of Yanceyville, NC aneella Jones of Roxboro, NC. She was preceded ineeath by three sisters, Rebecca Humphries Hall, Marie Humphries Frazier and Alice Humphries Parker and two brothers, Brooks Humphries and Paul Franklin Humphries.
