Joyce Williams Brown

Joyce Williams Browneent to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 2, 2012. Joyce was born in Robards, Kentucky on July 18, 1935 and relocated to her home in Durham, in the 1970's. Joyce was so proud to call Durham, NC home and was a true fan of North Carolina. Joyce was preceded ineeath by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willis O. Sandefur and by her brother Ronald Edwin Sandefur. Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy Brown; her sons Frank Clendening and wife Jo Anne, Robert Clendening and wife Linda, Michael Clendening and wife Vickie, and Skip Williams; grandchildreneen Solomon, David Solomon, Tim Solomon, Jared Solomon, Melissa Clendening, Carrie Clendening, April Osborne and Kyle Osborne; many great grandchildren; by her four legged grandchildren, Sassie Leigh Brown, Dakota Hanson Williams and Baron Von Fluffy Bottom Williams; her brother Tommy Sandefur and wife Joyce Marie; her sister-in-law Martha Sandefur and by many loving nieces and nephews. Joyce was a fantastic wife, mother, grandmother and friend. It was an honor to have mama as a mother and we thank God for gracing us with her presence. VERY many thanks to everyone for their love and support during her illness and passing. We are all so grateful for your love, support and prayers.
