Judy Ann Elliott

Judy Ann Elliott, age 72, of Oxford, NC went home to be with the Lord on June 22, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willis Clifton Racer and Phyllis Jean Racer and her son, Mark Aaron Frame.

She was married to William "Bill" Elliott of Oxford, NC, for 17 years, and together they shared a journey filled with love and companionship. She is survived by him and his 5 children and grandchildren.

She is also survived by her two sons, Chip (Tammy) Frame of Wharton, WV, their sons, Gregory and Patrick and her son, Scott (Beth) Frame of Murray, KY. She leaves behind her brother, Tommy (Deanna) Racer of St. Albans, WV and her sisters-in-law’s, Carolyn Riggan and Helen Gray of Clarksville, VA, as well as Shirley Ann Duffy of Halifax, Virginia and many extended family and friends too numerous to name.

Judy loved her family very much. She was a talented piano player from a young age and played piano for many local churches as well as gospel singing groups. She retired from Duke University Medical Center.

Memorial services for Judy Ann Racer Elliott will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at Gentry-Newell & Vaughan, 503 College Street, Oxford, NC with visitation at 11:00 am -12:00 pm and a service starting at 12:00 pm in the Chapel and officiated by Rev. Chip Frame and Rev. Johnny Holmes. This will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together and celebrate her life.
