Liliana Concha-Perez

Liliana Concha Perez, age 55, died in Raleigh on January 8, 2024. She was born on October 19, 1968 to Alba Perez and the late Orencio Concha.

Liliana was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. She moved to London for school before moving her family to North Carolina. In the Triangle, Liliana worked in banking before starting her real estate career and opening her own firm. Liliana was known as a mentor, friend and leader, helping so many reach their dreams. When she wasn’t building her empire, Liliana focused on enjoying time with family and friends. She was a devoted mother and mamita, and is remembered by all as a joyful, loving woman with brilliant laugh and ever giving heart.

Liliana is survived by her children, grandchild and brothers.

Services for Liliana will include a visitation on Friday, February 2nd at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  A funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Durham on Saturday, February 3rd at 1:00 p.m.
