Louise Young Shearin

OXFORD: Louise Young Shearin, age 82, a resident of Oxford, died Monday, April 6, 2009. She was a native of Franklin County and the daughter of the late James D. Young and Mary Elizabeth Mullin Young. She was the widow of Wilbur Davis Shearin. Mrs. Young was a member of Hester Baptist Church and retired as a secretary for DOT. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 9, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. ineester Baptist Church by the Rev. Roy Parker. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. Surviving are daughters, Shelia Shearin Coda Michael of Youngsville and Ann Shearineew Lynn of Dunn; a brother, Paul Young of Tarboro; a sister, Linda Young Whilhey John of Nashville, NC; grandsons, Bradley Lynneew of Raleigh and Harrison Davis Coda of Youngsville. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 9 from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. prior to the service at Hester Baptist Church.
