Lucille Ann Frazier Frazier

Oxford: Lucille Ann Frazier Frazier, 89, of Oxford passed away peacefully oneebruary 11, 2016, surrounded by family. She was a native of Granville County and was the daughter of the late Conley Thomas Frazier aneessie Blackwell Frazier, and the widow of W. R. ???Bill??? Frazier, Jr. Lucille was a graduate of Berea High School and worked for more than 20 years for the City of Oxford as a clerk for the Water department. She was a devout Christian, long time member of Oxford Baptist Church, a loving mother, grandmother, and a devoted wife. She is survived by brother, Ed Frazier and sister Willie Grey Wheeler, two sons, William Robert ???Bob??? Frazier, III, and Bruce Hart Frazier, 4 grand children, Robert, Michael, Morgan, and Jan Thomas, 4 great grandchildren, Dylan, Ian, Mahagoney Hope, and Ruby Thomas, and 2 great, great grandchildren, Micahela and Mckenee. She was preceded ineeath by her husband, a brother Harold Thomas Frazier and two sisters, Virginia Tingen and Mary Lou Rice. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 14 at 3:00 PM at Oxford Baptist Church by Reverend Christopher Aho and the Revered Dr. J. Steven Bolton. Burial Will follow ineeadowview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
