Ludie Patricia Lunsford

OXFORD: Ludie Patricia Lunsford, age 78, died Sunday, January 4, 2015. A native of Granville County, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Thomas Lunsford and Allie Gentry Lunsford. Ludie was a member of Stem Uneed Methodist and a voluneer at Duke Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 11:00 am at Gentry-neell & Vaughan Chapel by Reverend Brock Myers. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor, NC. Visitation will be from 10:00 until 11:00 am prior to the service. Surviving are sisters Betty Wilkerson of Oxford, Lucy Griffin of Norcross, GA and a brother, William Lunsford of Stem; six nieces and six nephews. She was preceded ineeath by sisters, Nancy Hart and Peggy Evans. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Stem Uneed Methodist Church, c/o 111 N. Old 75, Stem, NC 27581.
