Mamie Herring Mullins

RALEIGH: Mamie Herring Mullins, age 89, of Raleigh, died on Saturday, February 16, 2013. A native of Granville County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Roscoe and Anee Bryaneerring. Mamie was a member of Hayes Barton Baptist Church where she was a member of the Townsend Class. She was a former school teacher and a homemaker. Graveside memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Elmwood Cemetery by Dr. David Hailey. Surviving are her sons, Robert Thomas Mullins Debbie of Garner, and Charlie Herring Mullins of Raleigh; a daughter, Barbara Mullins Woodlief of Raleigh; grandchildren, Thad Woodlief Kelley of Reidsville, and Jenneer Woodlief Bass Thomas of Stoney Point, NC and great-grandchildren, Blake Bass, Lainey Bass and Grace Bass. Visitation will be held at 2:00 until 4:00 pm oneednesday, January 20, 2013 in the parlor at Hayes Barton Baptist Church for her church family and from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on the same day at the home, 2301 Beechridge Road, Raleigh, NC.
