Margaret Bumpass Huff

OXFORD: Margaret Bumpass Huff died May 14, 2013. She was a native of Granville Co. and was the daughter of the late Wiley P. and Julia Timberlake Bumpass. Mrs. Huff was preceded ineeath by her husband Baxter E. Huff. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church and worked as a homemaker for her husband and children. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Sharon Baptist Church by Rev. Vernon Wilkerson and Rev. Billy Lynch. Burial will be at the Personeemorial Cemetery in Roxboro. Surviving are her daughter, Doris Huff McGlothlin of Springfield, MO; her sons, Roy N. Huff of Roxboro, NC and Ray B. Huff of Oxford, NC; her sister, Elizabeth Wilkerson of Oxford, NC; nee grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. She was preceded ineeath by a sister, Frances Bumpass Daniel and a brother Robert Bumpass. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at Gentry neell Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home of Ray and Ruth Huff, 7021 Goshen Road, Oxford.
