Margaret Southerland Peeler

GREENSBORO??? Margaret Southerland Peeler, age 88, died at the Care and Wellness Center on the campus of WhiteStone on neember 20th, 2018. She was born on April 6, 1930 in Bahama, NC to the late Samuel & Minee Southerland. Margaret lived her adult life in Raleigh, NC. She was surrounded by friends and family and played bridge as often as possible. Margaret is survived by her husband of 67 years, William Stamey Peeler. They met while attending High Point College. Margaret is also survived by her son, Stamey Peeler (Cindi) and two daughters, Anneeeler Jones (Blair) aneelleneeeler Brooks (Joey). She was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, neember 23rd, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel on the campus of WhiteStone, a Masonic aneeastern Star Community, 700 S Holden Road, Greensboro NC. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall. Graveside services will be at 10:00AM, Saturday, neember 24, 2018 at Maplewood Cemetery, 1621 Duke Uneersity Road, Durham, NC.
