Mary B. Vaughan

Bullock: Mrs. Mary Bivins Vaughan, age 89, of 3634 Herbert Faucette Rd died Saturday August 1, 2009 at the home of her daughter Elaine V. Braswell. She was the daughter of the late Patrick "Dick" and Blanee Bullock Bivins widow of William Henry Vaughan. She was a retired employee of Burlington Industries in Clarksville with 32 years of service, member Bullock Baptist Church and a homemaker. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Bullock Baptist Church by the Rev. Terry Howard and Rev. Tony Futtrell. Burial will follow in Royster Cemetery in Bullock. Surviving are her daughter, Elaine V. Braswell and husband Donee of Raleigh. Five grandchildren, Michelle B. Taboas and husband Jose, Melanie B. Copeland and husband Craig, Melinda Braswell, Donald Patrick Vaughan II and Robert William Vaughan. Two great grandchildren Gloria and Antonio Taboas. Daughter in law Cindy Vaughan Bowen and Husband Robert, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sons Donald Patrick Vaughan & William Henry Vaughan Jr. Family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM on Monday August 3rd at Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Home at 503 College Street and other times at the home of Robert & Cindy Bowen, 101 Pine tree Dr. Oxford.
