Mary Belle Blackwell Wilson

OXFORD: Mary Belle Blackwell Wilson, age 88 of 4115 Wilson Town Road, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010. A native of Granville County, she was the daughter of the late Crawford Toy and Frances Mildred Frazier Blackwell and was the widow of the late Howard Wilson. She was a member of Stovall Baptist Church, the WMU, as well as a homemaker. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2010, 2:00 P.M. at Stovall Baptist Church by the Rev. Eddie Mauldin and Rev. Otis Durham. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Surviving are two sons, Jimmy Wilson of Stovall and Francis Wilson Lyna Carol Breedlove of Oxford; a brother, David Richard Blackwell of Oxford; a sister, Ruth Blackwell Coats of Garner; two grandsons, Howard Joseph Wilson and John Brent Wilson. Mrs. Wilson was preceded ineeath by a daughters, Patricia Wilson; a son, Charles Francis Wilson; a sister, Rebecca Blackwell and two infant sisters. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday, May 20, from 12:30 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. prior to the service. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Stovall Baptist Church, P.O.
