Mary O. Jenks

Mary Ola Kearney Jenks, age 73, died peacefully on Sunday, August 27, 2023. She was born on September 26, 1949, in Oxford, North Carolina to the late Ralph Phillip Kearney and Loraine Pitts Kearney.

Mary will be deeply missed by her friends and family, especially her husband, David Jenks; her son, Zak Allen Jenks; her daughter, Tammy Carmela Jenks and her brother, Phillip Kearney and his wife, Sandra.

To honor Mary’s life, a celebration of her journey will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 3:00 pm with a visitation after the service. The service will take place at Banks Methodist Church located at 2632 Highway 96 S, Franklinton, NC. All who knew Mary are welcome to join in commemorating her legacy. Mary’s final resting place will be next to her mother in the cemetery at Banks Methodist.
