Mrs. Wanee Mae Dollar Womble

Dateline: Chapel Hill, NC Deceased: Wanee Mae Dollar Womble Mrs. Wanee Womble, 96, died Tuesday morning, March 10, 2015 in Chapel Hill, NC surrounded by her family. Wanee was born June 07, 1918 in Chatham County, to the late Sanky Dollar and Sabrah Kirby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded ineeath by her husband of 28 years, Wade H. Womble and her grandson, T.W. Womble. Surviving Mrs. Womble are her daughters, Faye Cole (George) and Jane Womble; her grandchildren, Joseph Cole (Tammy) and Tammy Sexton (Tim, Sr.); her great-grandchildren, Matt Cole, Gil Womble, Tim Sexton, Jr., and Tiffany Sexton; along with two nephews and one niece. A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Womble will be held 2:00pm Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Lystra Baptist Church, 686 Lystra Rd., Chapel Hill, NC 27517.
