Pat Rowe was a recogneed international practitioner ineeadership selection and performance.?? An Australian native, his particular expertise had been acknowledged by The Financial Times and other news media and journals. With extensive international experience working in Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America and South America, he brought to his clients the working knowledge of line leadership, coupled with a strong practitioner background in talent acquisition and development. The Rowe Partnership LLC provided leadership selection and performance to organizations through consulting, training and coaching.?? Its clients included companies such as Bausch and Lomb, Cigna, Citigroup, Genworth, General Electric, Home Depot and Wal-Mart. He authored ???The Career Assessment Interview???, an intense, interview-based assessment training program. Prior to forming, The Rowe Partnership, Pat held executive maneement roles with Spherion, an nee traded professional services company. Previously, he was a key member of a team that acquired and revitalized Mainstream Access Inc., a boutique humaneesources consulting company. He was also a Founding Principal of?? Worklife.com, a pioneer web-based career maneement portal.?? Much of his early career was spent in administrative roles ineecondary education in his native Australia where he was also a successful sporting coach. A passionee presenter, Pat was invited to speak at corporate events and conferences, both in the US and internationally. Pat held a BA from Macquarie Uneersity, Sydney, Australia and an MA from Loyola Uneersity, Chicago. He was a member of the Advisory Board Executive Committee of Immaculata Catholic School, in Durham, NC and was a key contributor to the school???s strategic plan. An avid sports fan, domestic and international, Pat supported the Duke Blue Devils at home and Australianeeams abroad, especially rugby and cricket sides. Pat is survived by his wife, Wendy, and his daughter, Adelaide, who live in Durham, NC. A visitation will be held on neember 23, 2019 between 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 PM at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Durham, NC.
