Paul Thomas LeClair, 60, of Durham, N.C. passed away unexpectedly at home oneeptember 2, 2018. He was born August 30, 1958 in Oswego, N.Y. to Leigh and Joan Lacey LeClair. He is survived by his wife Susan Squire LeClair, daughter Leah and son Eric, his father, his step-mother, Priscilla, his brothers, Tim (wife Rhea Anna) and Larry (wife Susan), his unee and aunt Bill and Jeannette Hogan of Oswego, and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Paul was a graduate of Charles W. Baker High School in Baldwinsville, and SUNY Oneonta and received a Master???s Degree ineeology from Bowling Green Uneersity in Ohio. His career was spent in the fields of oil explorationeenvironmental chemistry, and technical writing; first ineew Orleans and later in North Carolina. Among Paul???s great loves was his music. He listened to, played and performed an eclectic range of modern music, and was very proud of his collection of twelve acoustic guitars. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all of his family and friends. Calling hours will be held at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville, NY, on Friday, September 14 from 3-5 pm followed by a 5 pm service at the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Peter's Cemetery in Oswego, NY. In lieu of flowers, the LeClair family would greatly appreciate donations to either Carolina For The Kids or LeClair Children???s Education Fund.
