Rayford Junior King

Rayford Junior King died at Mallard Ridge Assisted Living in Clemmons, NC on April 18th, 2016 at the age of 91. Survivors include his daughter, Jill Atherton (Steve); granddaughters Lindsay and Anna Atherton of Clemmons, NC; brother O???Neil King of High Point, NC; and sister Linda Hassell of High Point, NC. He is predeceased by his wife, of over 50 years, Violet Shields King. A graveside service will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Durham on Thursday, April 21st, 2016 at 10 a.m. Pastor Stacey Lundy of Glendale Heights UMC will be officiating. Memorial contributions in Rayford???s memory canee made to Glendale Heights UMC, 908 Leon St, Durham, NC 27704.
