Renoo Chevy

Renoo Chevy, 73, of Cary, died on Saturday evening, September 12, 2015. A native of Krabi, Thailand, Renoo, was the daughter of the late Umpan and Suan Prapaichit.?? She received a dual degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Chiang Mai Uneersity in 1966 and worked for a time as a psychiatric social worker. During her uneersity years, she met her husband with whom she emigrated to the Uneed States in 1971.?? She resided in Brooklyn, NY and later the towns of Hinton and Man, WV, where she was a homemaker and mother to two daughters.?? In later years, she joined her children and grandchildren in North Carolina. Renoo is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Dr. Suthipan Chevy of Cary, NC; daughters Dr. Cherry Chevy and husband Dr. Ashley Hairston of Durham and Susie Chevy of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by grandchildren, Graham and Madeline Hairston; a sister, Pornpan Frisch; a niece, Renee Frisch Ptak; a grand-niece, Justine Ptak; and a host of extended family and friends. Private services for Renoo will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2015.?? The family will receive flowers, cards and correspondence through Hall-Wynne Funeral Services, 1113 W.
