Mrs. Rosemary Michele Berger returned to her heavenly home on Sunday, neember 6,2016 in Durham, NC at the age of 67. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her ineer struggle and ultimately gave her peace. Rosemary was born on neember 1, 1949 in Philadelphia, Pa. to Mary and Robert McGonigal. She graduated from Gwyned Mercy Academy then attended Mary Manse College in Toledo, Oh. Uponeer return to Horsham, Pa she beganeer Dental career. She married Barry Berger, her high school sweetheart in 1970. For over 45 years Rosemary worked in the Dental community where she did everything from chairside to practice maneement. Rosemary helped raise her two children with patience, discipline and humility. She taught them respect and kineess are most important. Her childreneemember her as a thoughtful mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals. In addition to her illustrious career, Rosemary was blessed with creativity. She would often spend her spare time creating gifts for family and friends. She was also a dedicated individual who was passionee about peer education in the dental industry with regards to practice maneement. With this, she was continuously recogneed amongst dental community for all of her hard work and dedication. She was an active and dedicated member of Duke Chapel and often doneed food and clothing to the Durham Mission. Rosemary is survived by her husband, Barry Berger; daughter, Tara, Son Brian and his wife Lynley; and five grandchildren Emily, Zachary, Myles, Addie and Oliver. She is preceded ineeath by her parents Mary and Robert Mcgonigal and her brother William McGonigal. A Memorial service is scheduled for 1:30pm Friday, neember 11, 2016 ineew Chapel, Croasdaile Village, with a reception to follow in the auditorium. Pastor Carol Gregg will officiate the ceremony.
