William Henry "Will" Day, Iii

Oxford: William Henry ???Will???Day, III came to the end of his earthly life on Thursday, February 25, 2016. Will was the son of William Henry Day, Jr. and Beth Jackson Day. Although his life was short, he touched many lives and he was much loved. Surviving in addition to his parents are his sister, Audrey Woody Day; his maternal grandmother, Martha Watson Jackson of Oxford; and his aunts, unees, cousins aneextended family. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 pm Saturday, February 27, 2016 in Oxford Methodist Church by Reverend David Haley and Reverend Christopher Aho. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00- 3:00pm in the fellowship hall of the church prior to the service and at other times at the home. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Oxford Uneed Methodist Church, PO Box 757, Oxford, NC 27565 and may be designeed for UNC Children???s Hospital or The Make a Wish Foundation. The family extends special appreciation to Will???s loving caretakers, Tina Taylor and Aneea??? Thompson. Also to the Doctor???s and staff at UNC Children???s Hospital, Duke Uneersity Medical Center, and Granville Medical Center. He also received compassionee care from a number of therapists, teachers, and Granville County EMS personnel. The Day family is under the care of Gentry ??? neell & Vaughan Funeral Home of Oxford.
