William Wild Bill Clayton

William Clayton of 3308 Duke Homestead Road passed away after a brief illness on Monday, February 4, 2008, at his home. He was preceded ineeath by his parents, Calvin T. and Freddie M. Clayton, of Danville, Va., and his wife, Meriam B. Clayton, of Durham. He is survived by his son, Brent Jay Clayton and wife Karen; granddaughter, Lauren Ashley Clayton; and grandson, David Brent Clayton and wife Shannon, all of Durham. Mr. Claytoneequested no funeral service, but the family will receive friends at his home tonight from 6 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
